The Employee Compensation Report includes Volume 1: NAED Results and Volume 2: Cross-Industry Results. The 2012 Employee Compensation report provides a detailed review of compensation and benefit programs for 2,000 distributors in over 30 trade associations. Due to the extensive sample in this study, you will be provided with a wide range of information on compensation not only for your industry, but also broken out into 20 sales volume categories from under $1 million to over $250 million and over 100 geographic areas (including 50 metro markets).

The 2011-12 Employee Compensation Survey is now closed. Details on how you can participate in the next survey will be available in mid-2013.
