Dr. Miller returns to give his economic update for 2012. The program will address the current state of our federal and local economy, legislative and tax developments, the banking and lending environment, and what business owners and individuals can expect in the upcoming year.

Be prepared to provide ALL names on your team when you call. We have a shotgun start scheduled for Friday at 12:30 PM on the Brute course. LMC Friday Open Golf tee times on the Brute will be held until May 15. If not booked by May 15 they will be released for sale to the public. Don’t be disappointed...book early!

LMC12 Bryan AndersonKeynote: No Turning Back - One Man's Inspiring True Story of Courage, Determination and Hope
Bryan Anderson, US Army Veteran, National Spokesman for Quantum Rehab, Author

Come hear Bryan Anderson's story from high school graduation, to the US Army. In October 2005, Bryan was injured by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) that resulted in the loss of both legs and his left hand. As a result of his injuries, he was awarded a Purple Heart. Bryan received rehabilitation for a period of 13 months at Walter Reed Army Hospital. He is one of the few triple amputees to have survived his injuries in Iraq.

Bryan is the National Spokesman for Quantum Rehab, a division of Pride Mobility Corp., and travels the country making numerous personal appearances while delivering his message of perseverance and determination in major rehab facilities. In addition, he is a spokesman for USA Cares, a non-profit organization based in Radcliff, KY that is focused on assisting post-9/11 veterans in times of need. Bryan is an energetic and enthusiastic individual who enjoys challenging his limits. He snowboards, wake boards, white water rafts and rock climbs. He loves to travel and enjoys meeting new people.

Everyone registered for the conference will receive a copy of Bryan's book, No Turning Back. Book signing will immediately follow the morning presentation. We encourage you to bring your spouse and LMC kids 12 years of age and older. Space is limited; get your ticket(s) for family admission when you pick up your conference registration on June 14th.

Boxed lunches will be on your golf cart.

12:30 p.m. - The Brute Course
Join us for the annual West Kinander Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament. All industry members are invited to play in this traditional 18-hole tournament, regardless of playing ability. The tournament will be a scramble shotgun start. After the National Anthem we will draw for the annual Electri-Flex Co. “putting” contest. To participate, pre-registration with handicap is required.

Ladies 9-Hole Event
Get out with other Lake Michigan Club gals for a perfect afternoon of fun with old friends or come out and meet new friends.  Pre-Registration is required—see registration form for fees. If you need childcare for the afternoon, please call Kids Are Grand direct: 262-249-4560. All Kids Are Grand childcare programs are designed for children 4–12 years of age to give parents freedom to enjoy golf, spa, etc. For children under the age of four, in-room childcare service is also available. LATE Sign-Up's or Drop-Off's will be charged an additional $10.00 per child, plus 22% service
LATE PICK UP FEES: After a 10-minute grace period…a late pick up fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged to the parent/guardians room.

Noon - 4:00 p.m. - Childcare during Ladies 9-Hole Golf Outing
COST: $45.00 per child…fee includes a 4-hour combination of our Junior Passport Escapades:
Imagination Station: A 2-hour Escapade designed to cultivate creativity in children. Children will have the opportunity to choose from the following activities:

  • Design your own hats and T-shirts
  • Cupcake or Cookie Decorating
  • LEGO Brick Competitions
  • Scrapbooking
  • Along with many other imaginative activities available at Kids Are Grand

Cheeseburgers in Paradise: A 2-hour Escapade in which children will enjoy mini cheeseburgers, chips, and a drink. Participants are also welcomed to participate in Wii competitions, and other recreational activities at Kids Are Grand.

ALL Kids Are Grand childcare programs are designed for children 4 – 12 years of age to give parents freedom to enjoy golf, spa, etc. For children under the age of five, in-room childcare service is available.

Kids Are Grand In-Room Childcare Information

  • In-room sitting for children of all ages from 8:00 am to 12:30 am
  • 24-Hour Advanced Reservation with 2-hour minimum
  • Cost is $20.00/hour for 1-2 children, $5.00/hour for each additional child.
  • This service can be charged to your room each day
  • This service includes age-appropriate activities for each child.
  • Once the reservation is made, there is a 24-Hour cancellation policy. 
  • Sitters are employees of the Grand Geneva and are bonded with background checks.
  • Sitters are first aid and CPR Certified

  1. Names and ages of the children.
  2. Any special needs and/or allergies
  3. Name of the parents
  4. Cell phone number
  5. Date with start and end times in-room childcare is needed

Price includes you and your Spouse/Guest (not employed in the electrical distribution industry)
  • Substitutions received in writing will be accepted at any time.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing at NAED on or before May 24, 2012, will be charged a processing fee of $100 per registrant cancelled. Availability and rates: Hotel room rate is $189 (USD). Hotel room rates are subject to an 8.5% tax per room, per night. A deposit equal to one night's stay will be charged after the room is confirmed. Room reservations must be made by May 24, 2012 to receive the NAED guaranteed rate. Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 am. Subject to availability the group rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days post Lake Michigan Club dates.

Hotel cancellation policy: The deposit is fully refundable if a room is canceled three days or more prior to arrival date. No charge for making name changes to room reservations.
