Employee Compensation Surveys Due March 1

Are you paying too much – or not enough – for employee benefits? Find out by getting your 2012 NAED Employee Compensation Survey in before March 1.

Hiring and retaining talented employees directly impacts your business’ bottom line. But you need benchmarks to ensure your compensation and benefit programs stack up competitively against others in the industry.

You help build that benchmark when you complete NAED’s survey for the Employee Compensation Report, which pulls from 2,000 distributors across more than 30 trade associations on:

•    Executive compensation
•    Employee compensation
•    Sales commission plans
•    Inside/counter sales policies
•    Benefit programs: health care, retirement income, paid time off & vacation, and more.

All information is presented by geography, company sales volume, job level and industry.

Participate in the survey and receive the 2012 Employee Compensation Report at a discounted $95, compared to the full price of $295 for nonparticipating members. All survey information is kept confidential, with responses collected by a third-party research firm.
