NAED Explores Fine Print’s Complexities
The devil, they say, is in the details, but for an increasing number
of supply contracts, those details are getting more cumbersome.
Distributors that have experienced egregious terms and conditions
“hidden” in project or supply agreements are encouraged to participate
in a new study conducted by Bernie Heinze on behalf of the NAED.
Sponsored by NAED’s Channel Advantage Partnership, the research, “Reading the Fine Print: Terms & Conditions,” will provide NAED
members with recommendations and best practices for protecting
themselves in the contractual process. Heinze will also present his
findings during a special session at the 2012 NAED National Meeting.
