NAED Teams With Electrical Distributors Credit Bureau
NAED is now working with the Electrical Distributors Credit Bureau to give members access to payment information on more than 15 million companies nationally, including bank data, judgments, liens and UCC filings to businesses specific to the electrical industry.
EDCB compiles payment experiences from participating electrical distributors and combines that data with information from Dun & Bradstreet, Experian and Equifax into one multibureau report. Through EDCB’s secure online portal, members can also exchange information about problematic accounts or ask about payment histories, all anonymously in real time.
NAED members that share their accounts-receiving information with the database will receive enhanced benefits, including email notification of slow pays, charge-offs or other unusual activity at no charge.
