NAED Training Usage on the Rise

Usage of NAED’s employee education and training resources is on the rise, with a 45 percent increase across its entire portfolio of professional development programs since 2010.

EPEC, which celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2011, saw participation jump 15 percent last year. In recognition of this milestone, NAED is offering students who graduated from any EPEC course between Dec. 1, 2011, and Feb. 29, 2012, the chance to win a Visa Gift Card raffle offering prizes up to $300. Companies employing these graduates can also receive a 25 percent discount on the next EPEC level.

Members are also seeing the value in gaining convenient and customizable training with VIP Access to the NAED Learning Center. VIP Access is available in three levels and include the industry-focused Bottom Line Basics and Selling Green 101 course series:

  • VIP Access CORE focuses on general business skills with more than 100 training courses,
    including NAED’s EDGE program, Counter Pro, Warehouse Pro, and ASSET, along with valuable CEP prep courses;
  • VIP Access SALES builds skills that drive sales with an entire range of courses, including CEP Inside Sales Prep, CEP Outside Sales Prep, Sales Process, Cultivating New Business and Closing Business, among others;
  • VIP Access LEADERSHIP helps prepare future leaders with 21 topics from the MindLeaders Leadership Roadmap™ program, geared towards developing personal, people and organizational skills.
