Don’t miss the NAED Women in Industry Bootcamp, happening October 18 at the Cooper Technology Center in Houston, Texas.
Designed for up-and-coming leaders and new industry recruits, this event will help foster mentoring relationships between the industry’s seasoned veterans and new, female employees.
A recent LinkedIn survey found that while more than 80 percent of women agree having a mentor is important, nearly one in five has never had one.
This convenient, one-day forum is working to change that with panel discussions and education sessions offering advice for doing business – and building a successful career – in the electrical distribution industry.
The opening general sessions will feature discussions by Border States Electric CEO Tammy Miller on how she reached success, and the closing session will feature remarks from Graybar President and CEO Kathy Mazzarella on best practices for communicating with senior executives.
