Share Your Terms and Conditions Stories With NAED
The NAED seeks your experiences with egregious terms and conditions “hidden” in project or supply agreements for the research study, “Reading the Fine Print: Terms & Conditions," sponsored by NAED’s Channel Advantage Partnership.
Conducted by Bernie Heinze of the Heinze Group L.L.C., this research will arm NAED members with recommendations for protecting themselves and managing the contractual process. Your examples will provide key insights for Heinze and NAED as we investigate this issue.
