Information
- Registration
forms will not be processed without payment.
- Please submit
one form for each attendee. Please keep a copy of your form for
your records.

Guest registration
is complimentary-A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend,
or an adult child (18 & over) who is not in an industry-related
occupation. Co-workers or associates in the industry may not use
the guest registration category.
- Substitutions
received in writing will be accepted at any time.
- Cancellation
Policy: Cancellations received in writing at NAED on or before April 30, 2010, will be charged a processing fee of $100
per registrant cancelled. No refunds will be made for cancellations
received after that date. Fax cancellations to NAED at (314) 991-3060 or email nationalreg@naed.org.
Housing Information
- If you register with NAED online
your housing reservation will be processed immediately and you
will receive your housing confirmation the same day you register.
If you register via fax or mail, it will take up to two weeks
to have your housing request confirmed.
- Requests
for housing must accompany conference registration and payment.
The hotel will not accept
reservations directly at the conference rate.
- Reservations
must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
- One night's room and tax will be charged by the hotel upon receipt of your reservation.
- Hotel rates are subject to state and local tax, currently 15.4%.
- Rooms
will be assigned on a first come-first served basis. Rooms
reserved by NAED prior to Saturday, May 15, are very
limited.
- The
cutoff for hotel reservations is April 9, 2010.
Changes
to your reservation

Once you receive a hotel confirmation, all housing changes should be made directly with the Group Housing Department at the Sheraton. They can be reached at 312.464.1000 from 8 am – 4:30 pm Central. |
