||The National Association of Electrical Distributor’s has been accredited
as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for
Continuing Education and Training (IACET), 1760 Old Meadow Road, Suite
500, McLean, VA 22102; (703) 506-3275. In obtaining this approval, the NAED has demonstrated that it complies with the
ANSI/IACET Standard which is recognized internationally as a standard of
good practice. As a result of their Authorized Provider accreditation
status, the NAED is authorized to offer IACET CEUs for its
programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standard.
||As an enhancement to your company's training program, NAED offers Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for the majority of the NAED Learning Center courses. As an additional free member benefit, NAED will review member's courses and distribute CEU credits for the individual courses at no cost to the member.

Here's how it works:
|STEP 1: CONSULT
During a free training consultation, NAED's friendly staff will discuss your current training program, improvement goals, and how NAED can help you meet your goals.
STEP 2: RECOMMEND
NAED will provide a customized recommendation for your company that will incorporate the Learning Center and include the courses that best address your employees' development needs.
STEP 3: IMPLEMENT
On-staff experts will provide technical support for your online university site, user and manager training, and online chat and help desk services for your employees.
STEP 4: EVALUATE
NAED will offer a variety of tools will enable you to gauge employee progress and identify new areas for development.
If a role-based curriculum is more suited for your employee training needs, NAED offers a variety of curricula that provide the right mix of training in sales, communication, customers service, and more. The most popular curricula include Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Counter Sales, Management Trainees and Warehouse Workers. All of these curricula, and more, are preloaded in the NAED Learning Center, allowing your training administrator to assign and track associate progress with ease.

NAED's VIP Access packages make it easy for members to build customized programs through the NAED Learning Center. When you purchase one of the following options, it gives your associates access to the content throughout the year. All of the content is kept updated and fresh, so your associates can take on new topics to improve in a variety of areas each year. Plus, NAED has experts available to build curriculums that specifically address your training objectives.
||With the VIP Access CORE package, associates have access to more than 100 training courses, including NAED's EDGE program, Counter Pro, Building Your Bottom Line, the entire Selling Green 101 series, and Certified Electrical Professional Prep Courses. Nine libraries of general business skills are also available, including customer service, sales training, management, communications, ethics, finance, human resources, leadership, and personal development.
VIP Access SALES provides a guide to the skills that drive sales excellence. Anyone beginning or building a sales career can focus their training on the skills they want to improve, whether it's only one or two areas of improvement, or the entire range of sales competencies, including: Sales Processes, Finding Solutions, Cultivating New Business and Closing Business Deals.
The VIP Access LEADERSHIP package is comprised of the 21 Leadership Topics from the MindLeaders Leadership Roadmap program. Focus is placed on the following competency skills areas: Personal Skills, People Skills and Organizational Skills.
