The NAED is searching for industry speakers for the next Bootcamp! Interested speakers can fill out the speaker form or contact Emily Mallery at 314-812-5308.

What is the Women in Industry Bootcamp?
This one day Bootcamp is the perfect segue into the Women in Industry network of females that NAED is building through the annual forum and regional luncheons. Throughout the day, you will be introduced to components that educate in both areas of professional development as well as the electrical distribution industry itself. One of the main goals of the Bootcamp is to assist with creating relationships between seasoned veterans and newer females in the industry. Even if you are not so new but would like to attend, this is your chance to dive deeper, learn from professionals and not have to spend a lot of extra time and money.

The Women in Industry Mission
NAED's Women in Industry group was created to:

  • Help encourage females to stay in the industry
  • Help educate and further the professional careers of females in the industry
  • Help create mentor relationships between seasoned veterans and new females
  • Help companies develop well-rounded, promotable employees who are knowledgeable in all aspects of the electrical industry

Testimonial from a Bootcamp 'Rookie'
"I want to tell you again how much I enjoyed the Bootcamp that I attended last week (in Long Island, New York). In the 19 years I have been in the business, that was one of the inspirational by and far and I cannot wait until Austin this June."
