NAED Learning Center Transition Update

We are excited to announce that half of NAED’s member companies have transitioned to the new NAED Learning Center and are reporting great results with the design, layout, and navigation of the new platform.

“Our learners are logging in without any problems and finding the courses they need,” said Charissa Krumenacker, director of Human Resources with The Hite Company. “This is a very intuitive system that is easy to navigate and use.”

The new Learning Center boasts several new features, making the user experience seamless from the moment they login. Features include:

  • Easier catalog search options
  • Customized university site with company name 
  • Intuitive navigation 
  • Additional report filtering options 
  • Reports automatically delivered at prescribed times to your email 
  • Widget driven functions 
  • Custom permissions depending upon user role (administrator, supervisor, learner) 
  • Enhanced catalog with 5-star course rating and feedback options 
  • Ability to assign multiple managers to one associate 
“Our employees seem to really like the ease of the new site,” said Tara Lewis, Human Resources associate with Womack Electric Supply Co., Inc. “We really like the fact that managers can assign specific job related training to their employees and it sends an email notification to them letting them know that a course has been assigned to them and is in their required training ready to be launched.”
