The South Central Region Conference provides a forum for education, peer networking and booth sessions with industry leaders from the South Central Region.

    Registration Information

    • Registration will not be processed until payment is received.
    • Please submit one registration for each attendee. If you register online, you will receive an automatic email confirmation for your records.
    • Guest registration is complimentary—A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend, or an adult child (18 & over) who is not in an industry-related occupation. Co-workers or associates in the industry may not use the guest registration category.
    • Substitutions received in writing will be accepted at any time. Send to southcentralregionreg@naed.org.
    • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing at NAED on or before February 12, 2018, will be charged a processing fee of $100 per registrant cancelled. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date. Fax cancellations to NAED at (314) 991-3060 or email southcentralregionreg@naed.org.

    Housing Information

    • If you register with NAED online, your housing reservation will be processed immediately and you will receive your housing confirmation the same day that you register. If you register via fax or mail, it may take up to two weeks to have your housing request confirmed.
    • Requests for housing must accompany conference registration and payment. The hotel will not directly accept reservations at the conference rate. 
    • Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
    • The hotel rate is $269 per night plus state and local taxes, currently 12.5%.
    • Rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Rooms reserved by NAED on or before February 25, 2018, are very limited.
    • The cutoff for hotel reservations is January 29, 2018, however rooms may run out prior to this date.
    • If you register online and are unable to complete the housing request, please contact us here for help.

    Changes to your Reservation

    • If you registered online, please use the web link provided in your hotel confirmation to make the changes online.
    • If you faxed or mailed your form to NAED, please send your hotel changes in writing to NAED until you receive the hotel's confirmation. After receipt of the confirmation, use the web link provided in your hotel confirmation to make the changes.


    Cancellation Policy

    From 29 days to 14 days prior to arrival One (1) night's room and tax
    From 13 days to 0 days prior to arrival Two (2) nights' room and tax
    If you fail to cancel you will be charged two (2) nights' room and tax.
