Leading Your People/Managing Your Business

NAED Branch Management Bootcamps are an ongoing series of hands-on, two-day events that give participants the in-person experience and networking opportunities needed to further develop their career and make the branch successful.

Bootcamp participants will walk through the process of leading, coaching, evaluating and motivating their branch employees. During the second day, attendees will be guided through the day-to-day responsibilities of managing a branch with a guided, role-playing simulation called Business Reality 101. In this hands-on experience, attendees will gain better insights into decision making through observations of the effort of operational decisions and business strategies.

Who should attend?
Anyone involved in managing a location, including branch managers, operations managers, sales managers, and warehouse managers.
