What's New This Year?

This year Adventure will be co-located with the Women in Industry Forum, giving people the chance to attend both conferences back-to-back. The opening event for Adventure will overlap with the closing event for the Forum, giving both groups a chance to network together.

Members who register for BOTH events at the same time will receive a discount of $100. To get this discount, please only sign up using the Women In Industry registration. Further details are below, under "Pricing".

  • Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • The group rate is $234 per night plus 14.82% state and local taxes.
  • The link to book your room will be in the "Thank you for registering" confirmation email.
  • The cut-off for hotel reservations is May 22. However, rooms may run out prior to this date.

GETTING THERE

The hotel is approximately 7 miles from the Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC).

A taxi will run approximately $25.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancelations received in writing by NAED 7 days prior to the conference will be charged a processing fee of $100 per registrant canceled. To cancel, registrants (or their delegates) would select “My registrations” from their profile page, select the event and person they wish to cancel, and select “Cancel”.
  • NO SHOWS (registrants who do not attend the conference and have not canceled 7 days prior to the conference) WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
  • Email cancellations or substitutions to events@naed.org.

HOUSING CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • You must cancel 72 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty equal to one night's room and tax.
