The Associate Distinguished Service Award is given to an individual associated with an electrical manufacturing company who has consistently been active in promoting and supporting the tenets and goals of NAED.

The recipient must be active in an NAED member company and meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Has made a significant contribution to the development and/or implementation of NAED programs;
• Has made a significant contribution to the development and/or implementation of programs or activities that favorably impact distribution;
• Has served on a board, committee, or task force of NAED.

The award is based on cumulative contributions and will be awarded at the discretion of the NAED Award Committee. The winner will be recognized during the Chair Awards Banquet at the NAED National Meeting in May, 2026.
