The iBelongHere Award recognizes an NAED member company that demonstrates outstanding leadership in Diversity & Inclusion. The award supports our broader mission of creating a diverse talent pool that enhances innovation and brings fresh perspectives.

This year's iBelongHere Award goes to Border States for its leadership in diversity and inclusion, and its commitment to building a more innovative and inclusive industry.

This award is based on cumulative contributions and will be awarded at the discretion of the NAED Awards Committee. The award will be presented to the President and/or CEO of the selected winning organization during the Chair Awards Banquet at the NAED National Meeting on May 21, 2025. 

Nominations were accepted November 15, 2024 – January 15, 2025.
