The iBelongHere Award recognizes an NAED member company that demonstrates outstanding leadership in Diversity & Inclusion. The award supports our broader mission of creating a diverse talent pool that enhances innovation and brings fresh perspectives.

This year's iBelongHere Award goes to Border States for its leadership in diversity and inclusion, and its commitment to building a more innovative and inclusive industry.

This award is based on cumulative contributions and was awarded at the discretion of the NAED Awards Committee.

The award was presented to Jason Seger, President and CEO of Border States during the Chair Awards Banquet at the NAED National Meeting on May 21, 2025. Watch his acceptance speech here.
