The iBelongHere Award recognizes an NAED member company that advances workforce belonging and engagement by investing in its people, strengthening connections, and creating an environment that attracts and retains diverse talent across the industry.

Criteria: The company must meet the following criteria:

• The company must be an NAED member company (distributor or manufacturer)
• The company must show continued commitment to learning and growth in the D&I space (250-word description of this commitment to be submitted with application)
• The company must agree to the use of and willingness to share (non-copyrighted) resources and best practices (examples to be submitted with the application)
• The company must agree to the use of and willingness to share (non-copyrighted) innovative, easy-to-implement, cost-effective D&I initiatives (examples to be submitted with application)

Benefits: The winning company will gain exposure and the opportunity to share best practices for creating an inclusive workplace.

This award is based on cumulative contributions and will be awarded at the discretion of the NAED Awards Committee.

The award will be presented to the winner during the Chair Awards Banquet at the NAED National Meeting in May, 2026.
