The NAED Distributor Internship for Manufacturers program is designed to strengthen the distributor-manufacturer relationship through trust and knowledge sharing. How can my company participate?

It’s simple. Interested manufacturing companies need to fill out the registration form and an NAED representative will contact you within 2 days. NAED offers several resources and sample itineraries to help you make the most of your visit and ongoing engagement after the visit is over.

What happens after I register?
Once your employee is registered, NAED will assist with matching your employee with a distributor for the visit. Associates will only be matched with a distributor in which they have a pre-existing relationship. They will be given access to the NAED Learning Center full of tools and resources to be utilized before, during and after the visit. The program includes:
  • Templates to prepare for the visit
  • Worksheet to follow an order through operations
  • Outline for defining a typical day
  • Interview guides
  • Post-visit activities
