More Details to Come for the 2021 Conference
A key element of leadership is a leader’s ability to understand themselves and others, so they can communicate effectively, act purposefully, think rationally, and deal proactively with business situations. The LEAD conference will have participants assess their own personality styles, learn to understand what that assessment means, and develop a plan of action to become more collaborative leaders.
LEAD is open to leaders at any experience level who are in search of a path to improve their skills. Due to the COVID-19 crisis the 2020 Conference will be a virtual only event over a single day. We encourage you to sign up or share with others within your organization seeking to grow. There will also be a special award portion of the event where winners of tED Magazine’s 30 under 35 award are celebrated during the conference and encouraged to attend.
