Why do I need to subscribe? Our data is perfect already.

We understand that many companies have worked very hard to develop a team of data specialists to analyze data and evaluate performance; however, the flexibility and potential granularity of reporting on products, customer, and geographic areas can only enhance their analyses. Your data shows how your company is interacting with the market, but with the Market Data Program, you will know how you compare in a specific region, product category or customer segmentation. Also, the Market Data Program has the power of the ship-to-zip feature. You may feel like you have a good estimate of your market share, however what if you are off by a lot? The aggregated Point Of Sales (POS) data from participants powers the market estimates, and thus, you may discover more or less competition than you expected, or a trend your team did not see.

Who will see my data?

Only you and D+R International will see your individual POS data and reporting. NAED will never see individual company data, only who is participating. Like the PAR Overview Report, NAED only sees aggregated data. All data must meet strict criteria before it is available for any breakouts of geography, customer segmentation, or products, no matter if this is a rural or urban region. Even within your own company you can set viewing limits on various users based on roles. It is also important to know how secure your data will be with D+R International, which has experience collecting confidential market data.

Who is participating?

NAED and D+R International will never disclose the names of the participants in the program. There is a strong public support for the program, and they believe this is an incredibly important resource. They trust NAED is the organization best-suited to offer it to distributors. It is important to remember, the more participants, the sooner D+R International can release more granular data for categories such as the geographic regions.
