  • Requests for housing must accompany conference registration.
  • The hotel will not directly accept reservations at the conference rate.
  • Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
  • Rooms will be assigned on first come, first served basis.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Event Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations received in writing at NAED prior to the conference will be charged a processing fee of $100 per registrant cancelled.
  • NO SHOWS (registrants who do not attend the conference and have not cancelled) WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
  • Email cancellations to NationalReg@naed.org.

Lodging Cancellation Policy:

  • Up to 30 days prior to arrival there is no cancellation charge.
  • From 29 to 14 days prior to arrival attendees will be charged one (1) nights room and tax.
  • From 13 to 0 days prior to arrival attendees will be charged two (2) nights room and tax.
  • Those who fail to cancel will be charged two (2) nights room and tax.
