The NAED Women in Industry Trailblazer Award is given to a woman who has had an exceptional career in distribution and has had a positive impact on supporting women in the electrical distribution industry.

This year's Women in Industry Trailblazer Award went to Laurie Gross, President of Gross Electric, for her outstanding service to NAED, its Women in Industry group, and the broader industry.

The award is based on cumulative contributions and was awarded at the discretion of the NAED Award Committee. She will be recognized during the Chair Awards Banquet at the NAED National Meeting on May 21, 2025. 

Nominations were accepted November 15, 2024 – January 15, 2025.
