First Warehouse Operations Benchmarking Survey
NAED’s first Warehouse Operations Survey was conducted to provide current information about electrical distributors’ warehouse operations. Specifically, the study focused on fulfillment practices, operational metrics, customer and accuracy metrics, delivery statistics, and other important categories.
NAED would like to send a special thanks to those members who participated in this year’s survey. Thanks to their time and input, we’ve been able to establish a great starting point to benchmark this critical business area for members to review and consider. Like the NAED PAR Report, this survey was administered by Industry Insights exclusively for NAED members.
The final report includes results from all respondents as well as specific aggregated data breakouts for companies with:
- Net sales volume of under and over $150 Million
- Warehouse Sales of more 70%
- Number of SKUs under 15,000
- If outside storage is utilized
