B2B BOOTHS

NEW THIS YEAR: BOOTHS AVAILABLE ON MONDAY JANUARY 11TH!

Distributor members will host the booths while suppliers travel from booth to booth. Distributors and suppliers are responsible for setting appointments in advance. Each session consists of 30-minute appointments with a five-minute break in between each appointment or an open format.

  • Booth registration closes Friday, December 4, 2026, or earlier if all booth spaces are filled.
  • There is an additional option to purchase electricity for the booth. The cost is $552 and includes a 5 amp power drop and a power strip for Monday - Wednesday. No refunds for electricity will be given after December 28, 2026.
  • Distributors are encouraged to accept at least two appointments with smaller suppliers or suppliers they are not currently doing business with, if approached.
  • To maximize the benefits, the individual requesting the appointment should advise the other participants of the meeting's purpose and come prepared.

The Strategic Planning Booth is a dedicated 10x10 exhibit space designed to host scheduled meetings, one-on-one strategy discussions, and small-group planning sessions. Each booth includes drape on all four sides, tables, chairs, wastebasket, and signage, creating a functional environment for focused conversations. See the information above for optional electricity in the booth.

  • Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • The group rate is $367 per room, per night, plus 15.75% in state and local taxes. A resort fee of $35 per room, per night, also applies. 
  • Requests for housing must accompany conference registration. The hotel will not directly accept reservations at the conference rate.
  • The cut-off for hotel reservations is December 10th. However, rooms may sell out prior to this date.

GETTING THERE

The closest airport near JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). PHX is located approximately 22.0 Miles from the hotel. Valet parking is currently $50 per day plus tax with in/out privileges. Self-parking is $30 plus tax per day.

NAED POLICIES

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellations received by NAED prior to December 10, 2026 will be charged a processing fee of $250 per registrant cancelled. To cancel, registrants (or their delegates) would select “My registrations” from their profile page, select the event and person they wish to cancel, and select “Cancel”.
  • Substitutions received in writing will be accepted at any time at events@naed.org.
  • Registrants who do not show or fail to cancel by December 10, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.

 

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellations received prior to December 10, 2026 will not incur a charge.
  • Registrants who do not show or fail to cancel by December 10, 2026 will be charged for one hotel night. 

 

MEETING & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY POLICY:
