Description: Join us outdoors for sunrise yoga near the fountain at Hudnut Commons, where gentle movement and mindful breathing set the tone for a focused, energized day ahead. This all‑levels session is designed to support wellness, reduce stress, and create space for intention before the conference activities begin. Advanced sign-up is required.

Marketing Summit Gives Back

In partnership with Indy Book Project, NAED Marketing Summit attendees are invited to bring a new or gently used children’s book to help support youth across the greater Indianapolis area.
 
Founded in 2018, Indy Book Project is dedicated to ensuring every child has access to books at home by collecting and distributing donated books to schools, community centers, food pantries, and pediatric care locations—impacting more than 300,000 children to date.

  • Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • The group rate is $229 per night, not including state and local taxes. 
  • The cut-off for hotel reservations is July 9, 2025. However, rooms may run out prior to this date.
  • Requests for housing must accompany conference registration. The hotel will not directly accept reservations at the conference rate.
  • If you cannot attend a conference that you have registered for, please refer to the Event Cancellation Policy below.

Recommended attire for NAED events is business casual.

NAED POLICIES

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellations received by July 9 will be charged a processing fee of $250 per registrant cancelled. There will be no refunds after this time. To cancel, registrants (or their delegates) would select “My registrations” from their profile page, select the event and person they wish to cancel, and select “Cancel”.
  • Substitutions received in writing will be accepted at any time at events@naed.org.
  • Optional activity purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • NO SHOWS (registrants who do not attend the conference and have not cancelled by July 9) WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

 

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellations must be received 5 days prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in a penalty fee of (1) night room and tax.
  • An Early Departure Fee of one (1) night room and tax will be applied if an attendee checks out prior to the scheduled departure date without notifying the hotel at check-in.
