Overview
The NAED Eastern Region Conference provides a forum for education, peer networking, and booth sessions with industry leaders from the Eastern Region.
Who Should Attend

B2B BOOTHS

Distributor members will host the booths while suppliers travel from booth to booth. Distributors and suppliers are responsible for setting appointments in advance. Each session consists of 30-minute appointments with a five-minute break in between each appointment or an open format.

  • Distributor members will be assigned a booth only if the sign-up form is submitted to NAED by January 2, 2026.
  • There is an additional option to purchase electricity for the booth. The cost is $414 and includes a 20-amp power drop and a power strip for Tuesday and Wednesday. There will be no refunds for electricity after January 2, 2026.
  • Distributors are encouraged to accept at least two appointments with smaller suppliers or suppliers they are not currently doing business with, if approached.
  • To maximize the benefits, the individual requesting the appointment should advise the other participants of the meeting's purpose and come prepared.

The Strategic Planning Booth is a dedicated 10x10 exhibit space designed to host scheduled meetings, one-on-one strategy discussions, and small-group planning sessions. Each booth includes drapes on all four sides, tables, chairs, a wastebasket, and signage, creating a functional environment for focused conversations. Electricity may be added for an additional cost.

  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • The group rate is $299 per night plus 16.9% taxes and $5.00 state fee.
  • Requests for housing must accompany conference registration. The hotel will not directly accept reservations at the conference rate.
  • The cut-off for hotel reservations is January 8, 2026; however, rooms may run out prior to this date.

GETTING THERE

The hotel is 12 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). For transportation options between the airport and The Manchester Grand Hyatt, visit the Atlanta International Airport Transportation page.

Parking

Overnight valet parking is currently $60 per day plus tax with in/out privileges. Self-parking is $30 for 0-3 hours, $40 for 3-6 hours, and $60 for 6+ hours.

NAED POLICIES

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellations received by NAED prior to January 8, 2026, will be charged a processing fee of $250 per registrant cancelled. To cancel, registrants (or their delegates) would select “My registrations” from their profile page, select the event and person they wish to cancel, and select “Cancel”.
  • Substitutions received in writing will be accepted at any time at events@naed.org.
  • Registrants who do not show or fail to cancel by January 8, 2026, will not be eligible for a refund.

 

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellations received prior to January 8, 2026 will not incur a charge.
  • Registrants who do not show or fail to cancel by January 8, 2026, will be charged two hotel nights.
