GETTING THERE

Milwaukee to Grand Geneva is an hour drive and a 90-minute trip from Chicago.

NAED POLICIES

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancelations received by NAED 21 days prior to the conference will be charged a processing fee of $250 per registrant canceled. To cancel, registrants (or their delegates) would select “My registrations” from their profile page, select the event and person they wish to cancel, and select “Cancel”.
  • Substitutions received in writing will be accepted at any time at events@naed.org.
  • NO SHOWS (registrants who do not attend the conference and have not canceled 21 days prior to the conference) WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

 

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:

A one-night room, resort fee & tax deposit is due upon reservation. This deposit will be charged to the credit card provided upon booking. Grand Geneva Resort & Spa has a 72-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made 72 hours before arrival to receive a full refund on the credit card provided.
