The South Central Region Conference provides a forum for education, peer networking, and booth sessions with industry leaders from the South Central Region.

Distributor members will host the booths while suppliers travel from booth to booth. Distributors and suppliers are responsible for setting appointments in advance. Each session consists of 30-minute appointments with a five-minute break in between each appointment or an open format.

The hotel is 10.6 miles (16 minutes) northwest of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). Transportation options at the airport include shuttle service, limousine service, taxis, and rental cars. SuperShuttle is available near baggage claim in each terminal—rates are $15 one-way. Taxis will run approximately $32.
In February, temperatures will range from highs in the 60s to lows in the 50s.
