Overview
The NAED South Central Region Conference provides a forum for education, peer networking, and booth sessions with industry leaders from the South Central Region.
Who Should Attend
This is the ideal conference to connect with senior leadership within industry-leading companies. We recommend the following groups attend: upper and middle management, regional sales, operations, and branch managers from distributors, manufacturers and their reps, allied and industry partners.

APPOINTMENTS

NAED conferences are the perfect way to connect with your colleagues and industry partners. The Attendee Hub will open by the end of September for registrants and their appointment contacts to start booking appointments. The Hub is updated daily so if you just registered, it may take a day before your name is added to give you access.

B2B BOOTHS

Distributor members will host the booths while other attendees travel from booth to booth. Attendees are responsible for setting appointments in advance. Each session consists of 30-minute appointments with a five-minute break in between each appointment or an open format.

    • Distributor members will be assigned a booth only if the sign-up form is submitted to NAED by February 6.
    • Distributors are encouraged to accept at least two appointments with smaller allied partners and manufacturers with whom they are not currently doing business with, if approached.
    • To maximize the benefits, the individual requesting the appointment should advise the other participants of the meeting’s purpose and come prepared.

  • Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • The group rate is $249 per night plus 13.625% tax. The rate is inclusive of a $8 rebate payable to NAED to offset the program costs.
  • Requests for housing must accompany conference registration. The hotel will not directly accept reservations at the conference rate.
  • The link to book a room will be in the “Thank you for registering” confirmation email.
  • Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms reserved by NAED on or before February 23 are very limited.
  • To request a suite, please book a standard room first, then send a request email to events@naed.org.
  • The cut-off for hotel reservations is January 30, however, rooms may run out prior to this date.

 

RESORT FEE:
The resort has a fee of $15 (+ tax) daily resort fee which includes:

  • Premium internet access in your guestroom
  • 24-hour access to the fitness center and classes
  • 25% discount on spa and salon services
  • 2 bottled waters per day

GETTING THERE

The hotel is located about 12 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Transportation options include taxis, limousines, rental cars. Taxis are approximately $35-45 one way.

Self-parking is $30 per day plus tax. Valet parking is currently $40 per day plus tax with in/out privileges.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancelations received by NAED 7 days prior to the conference will be charged a processing fee of $100 per registrant canceled. To cancel, registrants (or their delegates) would select “My registrations” from their profile page, select the event and person they wish to cancel, and select “Cancel”.
  • Substitutions received in writing will be accepted at any time at events@naed.org.
  • NO SHOWS (registrants who do not attend the conference and have not canceled 7 days prior to the conference) WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

HOUSING CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Up to 30 days prior to arrival there is no cancellation charge.
  • From 29 to 14 days prior to arrival attendees will be charged one (1) night's room and tax.
  • From 13 to 0 days prior to arrival attendees will be charged two (2) nights' room and tax.
  • Those who fail to cancel will be charged two (2) nights’ room and tax.
