In honor of Veterans Awareness Month, we held a panel discussion with military service members in the Electrical Distribution Industry and their employers. We learned about the skills and knowledge that military members bring to the workplace, in addition to best policies, practices, and programs for hiring and supporting these employees and their families.

Webinar held October 8, 2024
This session explored how inclusion and psychological safety drive team performance and innovation. The panel discussion featured industry leaders sharing actionable insights on how to foster these environments while maintaining productivity and meeting business objectives.
 
 
Mental Health Awareness Month
Webinar held May 16, 2024
To honor mental health, iBelongHere hosted a fireside interview with Savern Varnado and Melissa Doman, who is an organizational psychologist, former clinical mental health therapist, and author of Yes, You Can Talk About Mental Health at Work (Here’s Why and How to Do It Really Well.) During their conversation, they defined mental health and explored how it shows up in the workplace, including strategies to provide informal and formal support for colleagues.
 
 
Women's History Month
Webinar held March 5, 2024
This webinar was an engaging exploration of strategies for fostering inclusivity and equal opportunity for underrepresented individuals in the electrical distribution industry. Professionals across the industry shared their personal narratives and how they have implemented strategies for creating a more equitable and inclusive workplace environment.
