NAED encourages manufacturers as well as allied and industry partners to purchase a booth in the designated booth space. To maximize the benefits, the individuals requesting the appointment should advise the other participants of the meeting’s purpose and come prepared. These booths are designed for business discussion purposes--not as an exhibit. Laptop computers, advertising literature, or demonstration of products that can be carried by hand will be permitted. No tabletop displays, pull-up banners, or additional signage will be permitted in the booths. No literature is to be distributed to the other booths.

    • The cost for a 12'x12' hard wall booth with a door is $1750.
    • Cut-off to purchase a booth is May 2.

With NAED’s National Meeting at the JW Marriott Marco Island, it’s the perfect opportunity to take advantage of the amazing location for “Beach Olympics”. This is not your "Father’s Happy Hour" — it will inject some beach-time opportunities into your visit at the meeting!

Attendees can enjoy a combination of networking and fun as you play games like the Fireman’s Relay, Bull’s Eye, Sandy Scrabble, and Golf Ball Dash. Think of this as the games you played on Field Day at your elementary school, so they won’t be overly strenuous. The “Beach Olympics” gives attendees the chance to gather with your co-workers and supply chain partners to unwind while enjoying one of South Florida’s most amazing beaches.

  • Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • The group rate is $314 per night plus 12% state and local taxes. The rate is inclusive of a $3 rebate payable to NAED to help offset the program costs.
  • Requests for housing must accompany conference registration. The hotel will not directly accept reservations at the conference rate.
  • Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms reserved by NAED before May 23 are very limited.
  • The cut-off for hotel reservations is April 28, however, rooms may run out prior to this date.
  • If you cannot attend a conference that you have registered for, please refer to the Event Cancellation Policy below.  



There is a daily resort of $20 + tax which includes:

  • Resort-wide premium internet access in guest rooms, public areas, and meeting space.
  • Two (2) Daily spa fitness classes.
  • Rookery or Hammock Bay Golf Practice Facility privileges to include range balls, clubs, bottled water (proper golf attire required).
  • One hour access to Hammock Bay Country Club Tennis Courts per day.
  • One beach umbrella rental daily.



The nearest major airport is Southwest Florida International (RSW)
in Ft. Myers, Florida. It is 50 miles north of the JW Marriott.
Ft. Lauderdale (FLL) and Miami (MIA) are approximately two hours
east of Marco Island.

All major car rental agencies service each of these airports.
Taxi rates from RSW are approximately $80-$100.



Self-parking is $30 per day plus tax. Valet parking is currently $35 per day plus tax with in/out privileges.



In May, temperatures will range from highs in the 80s to lows in the 60s.



Recommended attire for the National Meeting is business casual except for the Awards Dinner, which will be business attire.

  • Cancelations received by NAED 7 days prior to the conference will be charged a processing fee of $100 per registrant canceled. To cancel, registrants (or their delegates) would select “My registrations” from their profile page, select the event and person they wish to cancel, and select “Cancel”.
  • Substitutions received in writing will be accepted at any time at
  • NO SHOWS (registrants who do not attend the conference and have not canceled 7 days prior to the conference) WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.



  • Up to 30 days prior to arrival there is no cancellation charge.
  • From 29 to 14 days prior to arrival attendees will be charged one (1) night’s room and tax.
  • From 13 to 0 days prior to arrival attendees will be charged two (2) nights’ room and tax.
  • Those who fail to cancel will be charged two (2) nights’ room and tax.
