Chairman's Awards Banquet

Join us on the evening of Wednesday, May 13th to celebrate this year's recipients of the following awards:

Tickets are required for the awards dinner and can be purchased when you register for the conference. The cost is $200 per person. If you would like to buy more than two tickets, please contact us at events@naed.org.

STRATEGIC PLANNING BOOTH SESSIONS

NAED encourages manufacturers as well as allied and industry partners to purchase a booth in the designated booth space. To maximize the benefits, the individuals requesting the appointment should advise the other participants of the meeting’s purpose and come prepared. You must register all attendees separately to attend the booth session.

  • The cost for a 12'x12' hard-walled booth is $2,200, and $3,250 for a 12'x24' booth.
  • Do you need electricity in your booth? The cost of electricity is $437.00 and includes a 5 amp power drop and a power strip for Tuesday and Wednesday. No refunds for electricity after April 3, 2026.
  • The cut-off date to purchase a booth is April 3, 2026.
  • If booths are cancelled prior to April 3, 2026, there will be no fee. After April 3, a full penalty fee will be charged.

  • Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am.
  • The group rate is $289 per night plus $27.00 resort fee per room per night, plus applicable state and local taxes.
  • Requests for housing must accompany conference registration. The hotel will not directly accept reservations at the conference rate.
  • The cut-off for hotel reservations is April 15; however, rooms may run out prior to this date.

GETTING THERE

The closest airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO). Transportation options at the airport include limousine service, taxis, and rental cars.

The daily parking fee is $40 + tax per day for self-parking and $60 + tax per day for valet parking.

In May, temperatures will range from highs in the high-80s and average low temperatures in the 60s.

Attire

Recommended attire for all NAED events is business casual except for the Awards Banquet. More details will follow for that event.

   
 
NAED POLICIES

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellations received by NAED prior to April 15, 2026 will be charged a processing fee of $250 per registrant cancelled. To cancel, registrants (or their delegates) would select “My registrations” from their profile page, select the event and person they wish to cancel, and select “Cancel”.
  • Substitutions received in writing will be accepted at any time at events@naed.org.
  • Registrants who do not show or fail to cancel by April 15, 2026, will not be eligible for a refund.

 

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellations received prior to April 15, 2026 will not incur a charge.
  • Registrants who do not show or fail to cancel by April 15, 2026 will be charged two (2) hotel nights.
